Relax or have fun in Letná park, one of the Prague's oldest parks and the second largest park in Prague 7 and enjoy beautiful panoramas of Prague over Moldau River. You will appreciate the park for both jogging and picnic.
The former Royal Stromovka Park is an ideal place to relax, walk and do sports. You can walk among beautifully crafted ponds, which can be used for ice-skating in winter, and a small ferry is in service in the summer.
In Stromovka Park you can find many children’s playgrounds, Vozovna restaurant and countless outdoor sports facilities that everybody can enjoy. It is a great place, especially for sport lovers who like inline skating, riding a bike or running. You can also go to Planetarium or go for a bicycle ride to Troja.
Do you like inspiring buildings? Nearby the house there is a masterpiece of the Czech functionalist architecture Veletržní palace, which is the seat of the National Gallery in Prague. It is an ideal place to visit interesting permanent exhibitions and exhibitions of contemporary art. Theater performances are also held here, and you will surely enjoy the café Cafe One.
